I always enjoy seeing a Matrix edition as it’s such a departure from the regular red or yellow standard Ducati superbike colors. It appears black in the film but as you can tell it’s actually a dark green. In any case, we don’t get the opportunity to post them very often. Especially brand new! Yes…
Located in Darwin, Australia, this 1978 Ducati 750 Super Sport is looking for a new home. While not the famed green-frame model – nor the desired later year 900cc machine – this bike looks good from the single picture offered by the seller. If you are in the market and know what you want, this…
Red and green was the color of Mike Hailwood’s historic TT comeback with Ducati’s L 2 cylinder air cooled racer in 1978: To pay tribute to him, Ducati built a series of race replica bikes designated with the “MHR” = “Mike Hailwood Replica” badge. Las Vegas, NV – 3,550mi – $7,800 w/Reserve The funny thing about the 916SPS is that in fact has a 996cc engine underneath its fairings. Like most special Ducati’s, the 916SPS comes with all the high end technology of the time including Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes, lightweight internals and a strengthened block. You would…
RSBFS has had a slew of sub 500cc bikes come through these pages recently. Smaller bikes, as we all know, are fun to ride. Sure, you don’t have that arm-ripping torque, that wheely-prone acceleration nor the bragging rights of beating all comers, but you do get to have an absolute blast on a lighter bike…
Here is the latest round up of bike sales or bikes that saw high bid activity. We’re starting with Feb 25th and moving forward as they hadn’t been reported on in the last Month in Review as they were still open at the time of publishing. Each picture is linked to eBay as they haven’t…
