Looking at this machine it reminds me of the moving Gladiator- You know the part where Maximus says “I did not know man could build such a thing!” I had no idea anyone could modify a Ducati ST4S to such an extent.

The Monster S4Rs has the deep sump 999 motor. Has that motor been transplanted to this bike? He mentions the 996 motor but the Foggy came stock with the 916 motor. Some sort of clarification is needed.
Sorry my bad. I thought it said S4Rs but it says ST4s. I’m on my way to Lenscrafters for new glasses.
