Located in Montreal, Canada is a pristine, restored, 1985 Honda RS250. Supposedly there are around forty examples of these ND5s. This bike has period correct Comstar wheels. This bike wouldn’t be a very good candidate for racing unless you have access to a good spares package (is this eligible for vintage yet?), it also wouldn’t be worth the chance of damaging it! This bike speaks for itself in condition, see photos and attached link that shows the restoration process. I followed the restoration thread never expecting to see this bike for sale. This bike is very cool and would make a great addition to any museum. The bike doesn’t have an asking price and I cannot imagine what this one would go for. See the restoration thread here. See the thread on North American Two Strokes here.

That’s a SUPER sweet bike!! Good find!
Great find AG!
Thanks for posting this, I am the owner / restorer of this nice ND5 example;
This bike is the same model (but not a works bike) that Freddie Spencer won the 1985 double world GP championship.
All documentation & provenance are available.
PS: Its not Montreal California, but Montreal Canada.
Cheers
Fred
