Hmmmm…. Higher-spec, single-seat, rarer color — good post for our Italian lovers.
We don’t claim to be Ducati experts, but low-mile, nicely sorted bikes always catch our eye. This 2005 999S Nero Monoposto in California shows 3,910 miles and features the desirable 57mm Termignoni, banana exhaust, race ECU, and Samco hoses. A sharp example that we thought our collector crowd would want to know about.
Maybe Tad and some of our Ducati riders/collectors can chime in about this bike. Is the price reasonable for today’s market? (Million dollar question there.)
Good luck to the buyer and seller!

If i were to decide I need a ducati, a 999 (or 749) would be one of my prime targets. Analog, a performer with nice ergos, and unconventional styling. And,dare I speculate, a rider quality offering might even still be undervalued (this one not withstanding). IE, affordable. I really like these. And i must say i don’t generally like the way gloss black (or matte for that matter) hides bodiwork detail on most sportbikes. But I have to say, here, I think it is super complimentary.
