Collector Alert!
The Kevin Schwantz tribute bike is up for auction on ebay! This one-off was created by Suzuki for the AMA to commemorate his outstanding racing career. If you are not familiar with Schwantz, take a look at the Motorsports Hall of Fame and you will see… Kevin Schwantz is a living legend. The FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) retired his number, #34. That basically means the world of motorsports has decided nobody can race #34 the way he did.
The auction is going for 7 more days – check it out.

For sale is a special 1 of 1 bike.It is a 2018 Suzuki GSXR1000R sport bike that was donated to The AMA American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation by Suzuki Motors of America. The bike was ridden by Kevin Schwantz himself at the 2022 annual AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days Event in Ohio. This was the year that Kevin was the Grand Marshall for the event. He rode the bike as he led the annual Lap for History parade lap at the event and afterwards personally autographed the bike.
The bike was then placed in the AMA Motorcycle Heritage Museum at AMA Headquarters in Westerville, Ohio. The bike was raffled off this July and my father won the raffle! The bike is in excellent condition with only 33 miles on it. This means the buyer can put mile 34 on the bike!
Starting bid is $14,000 for this rare collector piece.
