Update 7.18.2013: The seller has informed us that both of his bikes sold in 48 hours after being listed on our site. Congratulations to buyers and seller! If you have a bike that is as special as these that needs selling, check out our Feature Listing option.
This Monday begins with one of two Feature Listings from Miles in Florida, and they’re both gems. Up first is his 1990 Honda CB-1 NC27.
from the seller:
1990 Honda CB-1, two-owner bike, mint condition, 1,647 miles. Water-cooled, double-overhead chain-driven cam, 13,500 rpm redline sportbike. This example has no dings, scratches, corrosion on engine or forks, and is as pristine as they come. Asking $4,800/offers, in North Florida.
In other markets this bike was known as the CB400F as it was intended to be a spiritual successor to that legendary 70’s sportbike. Even though it had a great list of features including a re-tuned CBR400RR motor, a 370lb dry weight, and tubular frame, the North American market didn’t take to it and favored the larger CBR models. As a result these great bikes went largely unnoticed except for the dedicated following that still appreciate this bike that is equally at home on morning commutes as they are on the back way home Friday afternoons.
It’s hard to imagine there’s a nicer one available anywhere right now and that leaves just one last question: Are you going to display it or ride it? In an adult rider’s hands it would be a great everyday bike that you could reasonably keep looking this sharp for a very long time.

Both of those bikes are gorgeous!
