Custom 1984 RZ350

Located in Pittsburg, California is a very cool custom 1984 RZ350 consisting of parts from a RZ/TZ/R6.  This bike is titled and registered.  Seller states that it is 95% complete and is asking what seems to be a fair $5,000.  The details as per the seller:

Only 6 hours on the motor since being built. Requires 100 Octane Race Fuel with current domes but can be setup to run 92 Octane pump gas with included domes. Carbs will need new floats… I foolishly left the fuel petcock on when I went on a short vacation. The VP MR race fuel gummed up the carb bowls and floats. I have cleaned the throttle bodies extensively but will most likely have to replace the floats.
