Released on the new neo-vintage Sport Classic line as an homage to the 1970s green-framed racer made famous by Paul Smart at Imola, the Paul Smart Limited Edition was an instant hit for Ducati. Offering all of the reliable torque, thump and grunt of the redoubtable Pantah-based, 2-valve L-twin, the Paul Smart treatment brought with it visual appeal, special bodywork, paint, wheels and exhaust, and a proven lineage of limited numbers. Today’s find has been largely on display all of its life, is wearing the optional lower fairing pieces, and has fewer than 500 miles.

Of the Limited Edition models that Ducati rolled out at the beginning of the century – starting with the 2000 model year MHe – many became instant classics and immediate display models. This 2006 Paul Smart LE is no different, traversing but 443 miles throughout its show model life. As a result it presents as a nearly brand new motorcycle. And counting for inflation, interest and exclusivity, the Buy It Now price is set at a cool $31,500. Those are big dollars to be sure, but miles cannot be unwound, nor new Paul Smart models to be found in the showroom. Check out all of the details here, and Good Luck!!
