1999 Aprilia RS 250 racer with 3954 miles.
I normally wouldn’t post a track bike, but since we are in the process of expanding RSBFS to include racers I thought “why not!”
So here we go –
Located in Monrovia, CA is this RS 250 track bike painted up in Gauloises stealth paint scheme. Although, it isn’t the exact layout you get the intent. This one is being sold with some nice upgrades that include LE Suspension, TCM rear sets, Woodcraft clip ons and Arrow full exhaust. This is strictly a track bike and has never been on the street. It is being sold with a California off road title so keep that in mind when bidding. It is listed on a 7 day auction.
It does have a few bumps and bruises, but considering it is an 11 year old track bike I think it looks pretty good. It is priced right when compared to recent RS track bikes that we’ve posted on RSBFS.

1999 Cup Challenge bike in good condition. Surprise all your buddies with Yamaha R1’s when you blow by them in the curves. These are hard to come by for good reason. They are the dominant machine in the last decade of 250 GP racing. Valentino Rossi came through the ranks riding these bikes. This is a track bike. It is not street legal.
I totally agree about surprising your buddies on their R1’s while in the curves, but you better hang to your hat when you hit the straights! RS’s are huge fun on the track weighing in around 300#’s and pumping out about 60 ponies. The seller states that it is set up for a 170# rider and is ready to rock. It is being sold with a very limited spares package that consist of 3 rear sprockets, stock exhaust, NGK spark plugs, stock rear sets, manual and users guide. So if you’re in the market for a track bike or race bike this one’s worth a look.
