SELLER
1993 Honda CBR900rr sc28. Very low miles. Near perfect condition and completely stock, including original tires. Small scuff on the muffler is the only blemish. Looks like it’s just off the showroom floor. Probably one if not cleanest surviving example in the country. This is collector quality. Too nice to be ridden.

1993 Honda CBR900RR on Facebook Marketplace — Yes, Really
So this popped up on Facebook Marketplace in Massachusetts and we had to share it. A 1993 CBR900RR SC28 with just over 7,000 miles, completely stock down to the original tires. The seller says the only blemish is a small scuff on the muffler. Look at it.
Clean ’93 Fireblades are getting serious money at auction right now, so seeing one show up on FB Marketplace is a little unexpected. Whether the price reflects that is another question. Looking forward to hearing your estimates on the price. A similar bike sold for $11,500 on BaT only six months ago.
Have you seen one this original lately? And would you rather ride it or park it?
Good luck to the buyer and seller!

Ride it. Always ride it. You’re gonna die one day. Just to say “I bought a cool bike and looked at it, then sold it.” Are you nuts? Ride every goddamn bike you buy, no matter the delicate mileage, nor how much it hurts your vagina.
Do your homework. Original tires don’t last 7000mi. Even on freeway miles, i never saw more than 5k before the tires were squarded off in the center. This photos are definitely not with tires at 7k miles. Sure maybe the photos are 20 years old…
Different topic: The stickers on the fork damping adjusters are an easy fix. Honda sells them. Add what’s missing. Replace what’s discolored. If your brain craves that. Yes, mine is defective and works that way..

100% agree with Gary. I bid on a Honda CB50r on BAT last week. Zero mileage, never run. Realized a collector was bidding in the final minutes and let it go. But i had every intention of racing it in TMGP competition. I love the novel and unique. But the caged birds must be unleashed. That’s all Forrest has to say about that…
