1988 Suzuki GSXR-750
This Gen II GSX-R is clean, clean, clean. With 38 bids on it and a current price of $4,593 (reserve not met), this auction will still see plenty of action before close. But the close is coming quickly – 9:00 PM PST, today. If you long for a Slingshot model Gixxer, you’d be hard pressed to find something nicer.
1977 MV Agusta 800 Super America
Here is a bike that has not generated any comments on RSBFS, but has lit up eBay: Over 35 bids and up over $40K with reserve still not met. Auction closes by the time the folks get back from lunch in California on Monday; if you’re on the East Coast you will need to check in on this auction early. MV Augustas of this vintage are coming around less and less frequently; you might want to check this one out before it’s gone.
1998 Ducati CR Supersport
This basic, booming twin will likely become a lower-cost future classic. It doesn’t seem to garner much interest today amid the superbikes and hyperbikes of current vintage, but this bike has some serious bones that make for a “buy now and hold onto it forever” sort of ride. Several of the past and current RSBFS crew ride Supersports for just that reason. No bidders on this one via ebay (yet), but auction does not end until 7:00 PM PST Monday. The price of entry is pretty cheap considering what you get.
