Up for your consideration is an extremely clean and subtly modified RC8-R. The seller has done a perfect job of cleaning up the tail, adding some wind protection and upping the stopping power with Galfer Wave rotors.
Most of the factory parts were retained and are included in the sale.
You can see this machine has been well cared for and detailed regularly. I don’t think you will find a cleaner used bike anywhere on the market- This is truly impressive!
In 2014, the RC8-R was still a relative newcomer to the Super Bike World however, KTM didn’t let their newness stand in their way. They kept pushing the development until the plug was pulled in 2015. They equipped the RC8-R with WP suspension, a stout 1190 V-Twin motor putting out 175bhp and an eye popping 95 lb ft of torque at 8,000rpm’s, mono-block Brembos, massive 320mm floating front discs and my favorite- an adjustable seat height!
I’m certain we’ll see the RC8-R’s gracing our pages in the near future as “highly collectable” Super Bikes with matching price tags, but until that day arrives- consider this your golden ticket to your future Super Bike collection.
