OK , this will give you some perpective . Picture yourself on your (my) 1979 CBX ….it’s 1986 …and you have a 6-1 Hooker Header pipe ..with no baffle ! You’re following your buddy on his 900 Ducati of the same era (with Conti pipes !) and you can’t hear your bike at highway speeds while riding behind him ….because….all you can hear is his freakin’ bike (the only way you know your bike is still actually running is because you glance down at your tacho from time to time ! ) ! Ahhhh those were the days ! Love them Dukes !! 🙂
