The 1993 Honda CBR900RR is quickly becoming one of the most collectable bikes in sportbike history. We have seen a few of these sell for big numbers at auction. This color combination seems to be highly sought after.
Ironically, back in the ’90s some of these sat in dealerships as leftovers.
If any readers owned one of these we’d love to hear your story.
Good luck to the buyer and seller!
Don’t forget to treat yourself to a lobstah roll if you are lucky enough to pick it up!
Back in 2021 a couple of these bikes in this color scheme went for 50K on BaT. Both were low mileage examples. Will be interested to see if we get near that number again.
@dan We are eagerly awaiting…. popping popcorn and sitting on the edge of our seats!
I think after that crazy price, later ones on BaT sold for lower dollars. But all it takes is at least 2 bidders w/ big egos and dollars.
Well, sold for 30K. That’s a 20K discount from as couple years ago. And probably more in line with true value.
