For Sale: 2007 MV Agusta F4 Senna Edition
Update 5.24.2012: First listed in December last year, this Senna has reappeared and with a discount of $3k to $24k buy-it-now. Links updated. -dc
We must be getting nearer to Christmas, because we just found *another* MV Agusta Senna Edition F4 for sale! It seems that we are seeing a few more of these ultra exclusive (only 300 numbered editions were created) machines lately, and that is just fine by me. In case you missed the last two, you can see them HERE and HERE.
Like most of the super-exclusive artwork we tend to drool over, this one has not seen much use. Heck, it isn’t even near break-in mileage. And while I have had bikes in my garage that I did not put a lot of miles on, that was more my fault for not getting out and riding them than it was wanting to “protect” them. I don’t think I would want to own someting I couldn’t put mileage on – that would be a torture I just couldn’t live with. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
From the seller:
The bike is in perfect condition, one owner.
The Senna Edition model, as told before, differs from the “plain Jane” MV Agusta F4 with a distinct color scheme and branding, a higher redline (raised slightly to 13,900 RPM), giving the Senna a higher top speed, upgraded suspension bits, distinct wheels, and bodywork formed in carbon fiber. All of this is topped off with an exclusive number plate on the top of the triple clamps. Proceeds from the original sales were shared with the Senna Foundation, which looks after impoverished children in Brazil.
There is not a lot of info from the seller on this bike, but the pictures show a pretty clean machine with very low miles. The auction has opened with a starting bid of $22,500, and a BIN of $27,000 (!). This might be a bit high given the last batch of Senna Editions we have seen, but after all it is Christmas! For more information on this great looking bike, click the link and jump over to the auction.

‘Redline raised slightly to 13,900 rpm’? My F4 1000 S revlimiter hits at 12,700. Is the Senna really that much higher, or did the writer mean 12,900?
I’ve seen several Sennas offered for sale the past few months as well. Odd as there were only 300 produced.
Hey John – GREAT catch. The F4 750 Senna had a higher redline than its standard counterpart, but the F4 1000 utilized a similar spec engine than the S model. MV Agusta produced 300 of each (750/1000). Thanks for the comments and nice bike!!
