Not necessarily the most beautiful bike with it’s disproportionate shapes, it’s definitely a conversation piece. Italian construction with a very strong Japanese motor. Have a look at this Bimota SB6R for sale on eBay:
quote from seller’s eBay auction:
Offering serial # 007 Bimota SB6R from private collection with only 984 miles. This is the fierce Suzuki GSX-R 1100 powered model that was built in limited numbers as all Bimota models were and will continue to be a highly collectible bike. With the smooth lines only the Italians can produce and bullit proof Suzuki power, this is a beautiful & reliable masterpiece. This # 007 SB6R has a set of Moto Corse slip ons and steel braided brake lines which are the two most sought after aftermarket accessories. The bike has been on display in our museum with fuel which has resulted in plugged pilot jets which we did not address so the reserve is set very low for you to take advantage of. I rode this bike a few weeks ago, the brakes and handling are amazing and the power is unbelieveable, it just stumbles on low jet throttle position. Clean the carbs and enjoy the bargain on this rare piece of history or just do as we did and have it on display!
For a buyer with some skills or connections to a good technician, this could be a steal. Current bid is around $7k. What do you think it’s worth once it’s running properly?

I just noticed a single bidder slipped in 45 minutes before the closing and successfully snatched up that 1995 Aprilia RS250 Chesterfield for $7,200.

What about the 1996 Aprilia RS250 “Factory Works” currently listed (#180313912849) with 1 day left. Beautiful paint with no graphics, titled and registered in CA. Currently below $4K.
Interesting. Do you think the bodywork is repainted or original?
