Only 8300 miles, these are very difficult to find, all electronics work on the bike, brand new front and rear tire and fork seals. Last year of this design, if you ever wanted one this may be your last chance to find one this clean, these are going up in value. This bike runs awesome.

This is an ’84. 1984 brings thoughts of a dystopia world where big brother is watching… or Van Halen. I’d say this bike is more aligned with Van Halen.
Looking back to 1984, CycleworId reported that “one word can be used to describe the GPz’s handling at speed, under pressure, it is stable. That stability is especially noticeable in fast, bumpy sweepers, and the Kawasaki never shakes its head or wobbles or varies direction without the rider’s explicit command. If there is a price exacted for that stability it is a slight loss of agility, of quickness of response. But unless the GPz is ridden right before or right after an Interceptor or GS750 with 16-in. front wheels, the rider will never notice anything except that the Kawasaki goes around corners with stable precision.”
Reading through our own history I found a 1984 GPX750 on RSBFS reviewed by Mike and he states, “It may not be a smoker or some mega dollar collectible, but the knowing nods when you show up to bike night on this earlier generation super bike makes it well worth the price of admission.”
Who wants to get out the Van Halen and ride this bike home?
Good luck to the buyer and seller!

Wayne Rainey’s AMA Superbike championship in’83 was the last gasp for these GPZ’s in the face of the Interceptor and GSES bikes.
I had a 1984 GPz1100 for several years. I was especially impressed with how surprisingly effective the front brakes were.
What I hated about the bike was how prone to tank slappers it was at 80+. I wish I had some seat time today to compare. It always gave me a healthy fear of getting overly exuberant. With 30 more years of
riding / racing experience, I wonder how I would percieve the bike now.
This 750 is a different bike but the purported stability would be notable comparison to my 1100.
