You should probably get used to that gray floor with blue tiles, as you might be seen a lot from this seller in the next couple days. Like a lot of two-strokes that we feature, this bike comes to us from Canada and I still believe it to be some sort of conspiracy to make us in the US jealous. In accordance with RSBFS Two-Stroke week, I bring you this Honda NSR250SE MC28.
Up for grabs in an SE model and features a dry clutch, single sided swing arm, and PGMIV engine management. The bike up from grabs doesn’t have the most complete description from the seller, but does look to be a fair example of a later NSR. It looks like some of the graphics on the left side have seen some wear, but doesn’t look to be a result of a crash.
From the seller:
16100km 1996 Sports Edition
250CC, Two Stroke, Liquid Cooled, 90°V-Twin Cylinder, 45HP @ 9,500RPM, Single side swing arm, Card key, Kick Start , Dry clutch,6 Speed Transmission, Front and Rear Disk Breaks, 77cm Seat Height ,138Kg dry weight, 16Litre Fuel Capacity. Very low insurance. Certified.
Only a buy-it-now price of $7,900 exists in place of your standard auction. The last MC28 we featured (although completely rebuilt and in the States) sold for over $10k. We have seen a steady incline in the sales of these 250 two-strokes, but location and a title can have a large implact on their selling price. You can check out the auction here for this Honda NSR250SE here, and stay tuned for some more options!
