The 1996 Honda NSR125 was a standout 125cc sport motorcycle, famed for its striking design and spirited performance. Its heart was a zippy liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, two-stroke engine with a power valve system, delivering robust torque.
Its sleek form exuded a sporty allure, housing an aluminum twin-spar frame that balanced agility and stability. Telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock provided adept handling and comfort. The NSR125 boasted disc brakes front and rear, an upgrade from the prevalent drum brakes. Its lightweight construction facilitated nimble maneuvering, making it a hit among novice and urban riders.
With restrictions adhering to the 125cc class, it catered well to riders limited by licensing regulations. Basking in Honda’s racing legacy, the NSR125 gained popularity for its sporty aesthetics and performance, embodying the thrill of two-wheeled excitement.

I bought the bike from the first US owner. He imported it and kept it for 25 years. I replaced the carburetor (new oem), tires, spark plug, sprokets, chain, fork seals and oil, air filter and all fluids. The lower fairings were scratched so I had them repainted. I have 2 sets of graphics that will be included. I also have a few extra spark plugs and a spare key.
There are a few small scratches and a small dent in the tank so it’s not perfect but it’s very clean and runs great. Everything works as it should. The factory oil pump is still in place and working as is the power valve.
