The bike that changed the sportbike world forever, the 1993 Honda CBR900RR. In these colors in particular, collectors lose control as it’s the one they wanted when new. This example has seen 3 owners and is advertised as never down or dropped — yet somehow it’s been ridden over 60k miles! A true tribute to Honda reliability and engineering. While there are some subtle modifications many stock parts come with the sale.

60,000 miles for $4000? I don’t think so….
Agreed, one of the best from that era but not really a collectable to justify that pric
Am I the only one who misses those paint schemes and bodywork from that time: GSXR, ZX7/R, CBR. Todays bike seem so bland. Just a stub for a seat, little piece of fairing, and a Manufacturer sticker (I am so sick of black). AARRRGGGGG !!
NIce example of the erar and for sure Honda had nice color schemes back then . Mileage interestingly is no big issue . Some guys have reported up to 80 000 mi on them even using them on trackdays . Even more impressive is the fact one guy on Cragslist claimed something like (not sure of mi. or KMs but..) 325-350 000 on the clock and still running . He had been around the States a few times religiously c hanging his oil,filt,etc.. I don’t doubt the reliability of Honda motors though . My frind Michel had way over 100 000 mi. on his VF1000R and it still ran well before he sold it a few years ago ( He was original owner since new which didn’t hurt either !) .
I had a 94 that I just sold last year….probably the best bike I have ever owned.
There was an article in some moto mag a few years ago that had a story about a guy that racked up over 250K on his and if I recall the only thing he ever changed (major) was a starter. They really are the best of both worlds….one of the most beautiful sportbikes ever with performance and reliability to match.
I will have another 1st Gen some day!
I have the same design paint scheme but in black and red mines a 94 with 32k on the clock originally from usa.
