Here it is, the last one off the boat and a team edition at that.  If you are the lucky winner you get a letter confirming this was the last Desmosedici brought in.  I have to admit I’ve become kind of numb to high end Ducati’s.  After a while they all start to blend into one another and very few stand out.  Now let me qualify that: I’d take anyone of them in a heart beat.  I just think after a while of looking at pictures they sometimes just become (dare I say it), dull.  I exclude any kitted 888’s and some of the race replicas.  Yes, I know they are art in person and yes I’d love to own one.  I beleive the Desmosedici falls into this category: it  kind of lulls you to sleep in pictures.  I know this makes no sense but in pictures it is somehow exotic and boring at the same time.   When I reread the spec sheet though, it is not in any sense boring.  I forgot how much exotic MOTOGP technology Ducati crammed into this thing.  It literally is a GP bike for the street, end of story.  I’m the biggest poser in the world and would love a bike like this.  The wallet can’t keep up with the eyes though.
