RSBFS
Thank you Bilal for sending us this listing. Aaron featured a TL1000S on RSBFS that was selling for $6,000 in 2019, “For those who caught on, the 2001 Suzuki TL-1000S is an amazingly competent canyon stalker, a sort of bug-eyed Japanese Tuono. With a sporty riding position, big brakes, USD front suspension and nigh-on 120 horsepower on tap, they’re fully equipped to scare you witless.”
Good luck to the buyer and seller!

The stock rear suspension setup was certainly frightening.
That entire rear suspension drama is vastly over-stated. I had two of these, 1997 models, and rode them hard. Never ever felt the slightest issue with the rear suspension. Great bike, very frisky and way more fun than the TL1000R, which I also owned.
the so called “widowmaker”, actually a very good bike provided you dont ride it like an idiot (leave that to the TL1000″R” riders)
