SELLER
Up for auction is a legendary, highly collectible 1985 Yamaha RZ350 Kenny Roberts Edition. Featuring the highly coveted, iconic factory Yellow and Black Competition livery, this machine serves as a street-legal tribute to the legendary 3-time GP World Champion. The RZ350 holds an undisputed place in history as the absolute final street-legal two-stroke motorcycle ever sold new in the United States. This signature model has been a prized part of my private collection for over 20 years, continuously preserved inside a climate-controlled facility.

RSBFS
US-market RZs came with a catalytic converter in each muffler. They were the first motorcycles to have them. At least that’s what Wikipedia states… California bikes got a third one in the header pipe. That’s a lot of plumbing to put on a two-stroke, so it’s no surprise so many of these now wear expansion chambers.
Meanwhile, Canada kept selling the RZ350 until 1990, years after it disappeared from US showrooms.
This is bike one of twelve from this seller, so we’ll be watching for the rest.
Chambers or stock pipes: which way would you run it?
Good luck to the buyer and seller!
