In the world of motorcycles, factory race bikes stand as the ultimate testament to engineering prowess. These extraordinary machines represent the zenith of what’s achievable on two wheels, benefiting from the vast R&D budgets of the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). When OEMs funnel their research and development resources into a dedicated platform, the results can be nothing short of remarkable. While such bikes are rarely available to the general public, collectors and professional racers alike covet these exclusive creations. While it’s certainly possible to gradually modify a standard street bike into a competitive racing machine, opting for the shortcut of starting with a purpose-built race bike like the 2004 Honda NSR50R offers numerous advantages.
Within the spectrum of factory race bikes, the NSR50R sits closer to the lower end, boasting a petite 50cc engine that might initially seem unimpressive to some, perhaps even dismissible as a mere scooter by the skeptics. However, what these critics overlook is that the NSR50R serves as the crucial first rung on the ladder to greatness in the realm of racing.
The 2004 Honda NSR50R is propelled by a 50cc two-stroke single-cylinder engine, specifically designed for racing performance. Its exceptional high-revving capabilities and finely tuned power delivery make it the perfect powerplant for the racetrack. It boasts a race-inspired frame crafted from aluminum. Its compact dimensions and race-oriented geometry result in exceptional nimbleness through corners. It also features fully adjustable front and rear suspension systems, allowing riders to finely tune damping and preload settings to match their riding style and track conditions. The NSR50R’s lightweight design ensures a favorable power-to-weight ratio, facilitating rapid acceleration and razor-sharp handling.

2005 Honda NSR 50R this was a limited production a-ac10 nsr 50r.
This bike is coming out of my personal collection.
Pristine all original NSR50R is in brand new factory condition.
Still in its original Honda white she is ready for you custom graphics or paint. The few that made it to the United States came in all white from the factory. Honda left it up to the race team to set the bike up with there colors.
Never molested with only a few hours/miles of run time.
I originally purchased this NSR from the collectors motorcycle auction at the Barber museum back in 2018 and it has been on display in my mini museum ever since. It was purchased from the museum on a bill of sale and i will transfer the conveyance/paperwork and a notarized Florida bill of sale to the new owner.
This all original NSR50r starts and runs like new and with a top speed of 60+ this mini is a blast to ride or race.
Tell your wife this is a great investment that will only go up in value unlike her shoe and handbag collection :). So here is your chance to own the best original example of 1 of the very limited production 2005 Honda NSR 50r’s ever built for north America. It is just as it was when it came out of the crate 🙂
I have won countless awards over the years and I just won motorcycle collector of the year at the Boca Raton concourse d’ elegance :))) something i am very proud of.
Please bid with confidence. This bike will not disappoint. Please feel free to contact me with any questions 954-816-0806 Bob. Please come see her and the rest of my mini museum first if you have any doubts. I have been riding, racing, fixing, restoring, and collecting special bikes since graduating from American motorcycle institute “AMI” in Daytona Beach Florida in 1980.
In conclusion, the 2004 Honda NSR50R is not merely a small-displacement track bike; it’s a technical marvel. Its high-revving engine, agile chassis, and precision-tuned components combine to create an exceptional racing machine. Whether you’re an experienced racer or a novice seeking to refine your skills, the NSR50R represents a compelling choice in the world of factory race bikes. It’s the embodiment of engineering excellence and a testament to what can be achieved in the pursuit of racing perfection.
