RSBFS
This is the ninth Ghezzi – Brian we have posted on our site in the past 16 years. This brand is cool and rare. As Tad aptly stated on RSBFS in 2016, “Unicorn Sighting: Guzzi is one of the oldest and most storied motorcycle manufacturers in existence, but they’ve drifted pretty far from their sporting roots in recent years, owing to their purchase by Piaggio, a move that has kept them afloat, but forever relegated to building vintage-styled and cruisers to prevent them competing with more sports-oriented bikes from sister-company Aprilia. Really though, the downward slide began long before that, as Guzzi just couldn’t keep pace with the ruthless development of modern sportbikes from Japan. Luckily, there’ve been a few bright spots along the way, like this Ghezzi-Brian supertwin that point out just how much life is still left in Moto Guzzi’s v-twin package.”
The Guzzi engines have a hotrod appeal, for sure. Looking at the bikes that this company puts out, it is hard not to drool. We’d love to hear any stories from people that have owned and/or ridden a Ghezzi-Brian. Share the stoke!
Good luck to the buyer and seller!
This is the same Ghezzi-Brian from the 2016 and 2020 posts. Current listing has same mileage as the one from 2020. Probably needs significant work to be roadworthy.
