We often joke around here that the SB8R is like the Honda Civic of Bimota’s with so many having been available over the years. Today we have another spotless example with only 947 miles covered since new. These pack Suzuki’s TL1000R motor at the core and the rest is the usual Bimota recipe sprinkled with the best of the best in it’s time. The seller includes a link to a review of the bike and I have to admit I have new found respect for these after watching and soaking in the details. The best bit is that it’s already met reserve at $8600!

I am selling one of my babies because my interests have changed from sports bikes to muscle cars. I bought this bike in 2007 from a businessman who was using this high quality machine as a show piece for his office. It had 0 miles and still an Italian title. I registered it in Texas and have barely broken it in as you can see from the mileage. For the entire time I have owned this bike I have never seen another because it is super rare! This super sport bike has never been raced, dropped, ridden in the rain or cold and has always been garage kept and covered. I have kept this bike completely stock, really because there is nothing to add to it. It already comes with a Carbon Fiber lower frame and body parts, Brembo brakes, Termignoni full system exhaust, Ohlims suspension and dampener. Whenever I stop anywhere it never fails to see someone admiring it or taking pictures when I return. Rest assured this bike has been meticulously cared for.
