Here’s a great looking Ducati 851 Superbike that features an upgraded 955cc engine built by Fast by Ferrarci! The 1992 was the last year for the 851 before the 888 came to market. These 92 models actually have the 888 style bodywork a year early. And while the 851/888 may look similar to the SuperSport models of the same period, these are much different animals and established Ducati in the modern era in racing with 4 valve heads and water cooling at the heart of the beast.

from the seller:
Beautiful 2 owner Ducati 851 up for grabs! Selling because I don’t ride it much. I have a few motorcycles and this one gets the least amount of attention.
I bought this bike about 3.5 years ago from the original owner. The bike had been stored for ~15 years and was not running when I bought it. I went through the whole thing and replaced the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump assembly, timing belts, tires, both clutch/brake master cylinders, and all brake/clutch fluid reservoirs. The valves were shimmed early in my ownership as well. She runs great now! I’ve put a few hundred miles on it but primarily had it stored in my living room.
The original owner had the engine built by FBF (fast by ferracci) in early 1995. It has a Ducati 955cc big piston kit and G grind cams. The dyno sheet from 1995 shows 120whp!!
It will come with the stock master cylinders, stock intake tubes, stock gas cap, and the stock red front fender.
I think the purist\collector types might not be keen on the big-bore kit, but this thing looks like a mental rider.
Retro in all my favorite ways. Makes me reminisce of the Doug Polen AMA superbike era. It looks quite lovely. If I ever felt compelled to upgrade my SV650 trackbike, this looks right up my alley. A fitting analog superbike. Managing traction the old school way.
