In China, the #12 symbolizes the command and the good, and governs the space and the time. That is to say the operation of the cosmos, from where its designation of cosmic number. I mention this because on eBay right now, there are two KTM RC8R Akrapovic editions, one being the red bull edition and one being the black version — and both are number 12 of the 25 produced of each version! The KTM RC8R has several advantages over the standard RC8, including more power, different steering angles, and lighter wheels. The limited edition Akrapovic version was above and beyond that, fitted with a full Akrapovic race edition exhaust and updated ECU. The Akrpaovic editions of RC8R were rare, only made for 1 year and only 50 total made with 25 each split between the red bull edition and the standard Akrapovic edition. Amazingly, both versions are listed for sale on eBay us right now, and oddly enough both are #12 of their respective runs.

The black rc8r says #15 or 25 on the triple clamp not that it matters in the least…to me that is.
