Shrinking Economy Special-50cc Madness: GSX-R, YSR, NSR (Sorry No Kawi)
This is my tribute to our “sluggish” economy. To go along with smaller salaries, smaller portions at restaurants and (my pet peeve) smaller tubs of ice cream: I’ve put together a few smaller bikes for sale. A search around the internet revealed some nice low mileage bikes out there if you have a thing for cc challenged bikes. I tried my damnedest to find small Kawasaki but with no luck. There were a couple AR50’s out there but they were serious project bikes.
First up is a little GSX-R50 on Ebay. It looks to be in good shape other than the lower. It appears to have been deformed from heat. A definite sign of some other problem as that obviously should not be happening.
This is Suzuki GSX-R50 Japanese mini-bike. The bike runs excellent and is in good shape except the bottom of fairing is distorted possibly from heat see pictures for details. Disclaimer: The bike doesn’t have an odometer so mileage is unknown. Also, I am guessing on the year of this bike. Local pickup only or buyer makes alternative shipping arrangements. Next up are a couple of super clean NSR50’s, well one is actually brand spankin new. Remember the NSR’s were track only bikes; where with the GSX-R and YSR you can terrorize the neighborhood.

Obviously none of these bikes are as rare as most of the bikes we post here on RSBFS but ones in good condition definitely are a rare find. Little bikes like these were usually treated as toys and time and lack of up keep has gotten the better of them.
