Today’s Featured Listing is a bike I hadn’t ever heard of before but it has all the right ingredients: It’s a model that wasn’t ever exported from Japan, now has a U.S. license, and it’s a 2 stroke with a powervalve. In fact it’s a 200cc single and this particular example was obviously well cared for. While it has some 20k miles, it has recently been treated to a rebuild. It also enjoys a number of OEM+ improvements and other thoughtful upgrades. Best of all it won’t break the bank with the seller’s asking of $4500.

This is my 1992 Suzuki RG200FN Gamma. It was produced for only one (1) year. This bike is a JDM unit and has an eleven digit VIN. It is plated and I have an Oregon issued title in my name. This is a two-stroke, water-cooled, single cylinder motor with a powervalve. I have owned the bike for 8 years and it is a blast to ride. It only weighs 270 lbs and has a six speed transmission. The previous owner had the frame, wheels and all brackets powder coated. Wheel bearings, steering head bearings and swingarm bearings were replaced during the process. The previous owner had all body parts repainted in the original Suzuki red with new factory decals. During the process he decided to add the rising sun inlays and the assorted decals. The decals do not appear to have been clear-coated which might aid in their removal, if desired. The fiberglass is stock and in nice shape. The bike has 36,932 kilometers = 22, 948 miles. The engine was recently rebuilt (bottom-end and top-end) by a shop that specializes in two-strokes. All engine bearings, seals and gaskets were replaced during the process…using genuine Suzuki parts. All receipts, parts packaging and old parts are available. Shifting dogs (3) were replaced. Waterpump and oil injector were also rebuilt. Specifications/updates are as follows:
