Today we have a true multinational offering. Built in Japan and likely sold originally on the European continent or in the UK, this RD500LC was refurbished in Germany in 2012 and now resides in Portugal. The colors look stunning on this this retro smoker, which just goes to show that there is more than the familiar North American Red/White paintwork scheme. The seller does not share any specific information on this bike, but instead lists cookie-cutter specs lifted directly from Wikipedia. That is a mistake in my opinion, as potential buyers would want to know more about the history of this particular bike as anyone looking at the eBay advert would undoubtedly already know about the general make/model. Still, this is an interesting looking bike; clean and fairly well presented. This auction has only a couple of days left, with the current bid at a paltry $5,200 USD (with reserve still in place). Will this go for a low enough sum to make the shipping worthwhile? Check it out and let us know what you think!
