This 1983 Rickman Predator is powered by a Honda-sourced 901cc DOHC inline-four installed in a Rickman Brothers nickel-plated Reynolds 531 frame fitted with a red-and-white-finished fiberglass bodywork and a stepped two-up seat. Equipment includes a 3/4 fairing with a tinted windscreen and a one-piece body assembly with a ducktail cowl in addition to a five-speed transmission, a Marzocchi fork, AP Lockheed disc brake calipers, Astralite 18″ aluminum wheels, four Keihin carburetors, pod air filters, an electric starter, and a Delkevic four-into-one stainless-steel exhaust system with a megaphone muffler. The bike was purchased by its current owner in 2023, and service in October 2025 included cleaning and synchronizing the carburetors, cleaning the fuel tank, repairing the turn signals, installing Hagon shocks, and replacing the intake manifolds, battery, fuel petcocks, rotor, stator, regulator/rectifier, and stator cover gasket. This Rickman Predator is now offered by the seller on behalf of its owner with service records and a clean Montana title in the name of the owner’s LLC.

You don’t see many of these. Most Rickman builds leaned Kawasaki, with Honda-powered examples like this based on the Honda CB900F popping up only occasionally. That makes this Predator quite attractive.
For buyers, it’s the best of both worlds: proven Honda muscle wrapped in that signature nickel-plated Rickman frame and lightweight bodywork. Period-correct hardware, fresh service, and unmistakable presence. This is the kind of bike that draws a crowd before it even fires up.
Good luck to the buyer and seller!

That’s very cool, and anything in 531 produced by Rickman is going to be superior quality.
Thanks for featuring our bike! It’s such a cool piece!
