Up for grabs here we have a bike from one of our readers who was kind enough to give us here at RSBFS a heads up on his MV Agusta Ago (#31/300) that he just put up for auction on eBay. The Ago version of the F4 was built as a tribute to legendary racer Giacomo Agostini who collected fourteen world titles over a seventeen year span with MV. True to form, the F4 Ago is no slouch when it comes to performance with 1000cc engine cranking out 166hp. Couple that with striking silver and red paint, fancy red alcantara seat, and MV’s unmistakable quad-exhaust, and you have a recipe for one choice machine.
The particular bike for sale here looks to be in excellent condition, and only having 413 miles, I wouldn’t doubt it. Though the seller does state that there are some rubber boot marks on the heat shield, he does include a photo of this and it appears to be less than a quarter inch long. I would be interested to know of the certificate of authenticity signed by Agostini himself is included with the sale.

The seller seems very upfront with the condition of the bike and also has many hi-res photos and is willing to send more upon request. These are all good things I look for when buying. The auction already has a fair amount of activity and currently sits at a bid of $11,000 with no reserve. If you need this stunning MV Ago in your garage (or living room), then take a look at the auction here and bid with confidence!
