Hi guys. Love your site. I have owned several motorcycles over my life, but none with more importance than my 1980 Kawasaki AR80. It was purchased brand new by my grandfather. The AR80 was purchased after he dropped his 3 banger Suzy GS750 and couldn’t get it off the ground. I got the AR80 from him after he lost so much strength, he could no longer kick start it. He handed me the key one day as I sat on the bike in his garage. I was 14 years old. I had trail bikes and dirt bikes before this, but this was the most important. I road this motorcycle for 2 years during the summer bettween Green Bay and Mount Morris Wisconsin almost every weekend until I got my license. I can attest the bike will do 71mph. It was clocked by a police officer in Little Chute Wisconsin at 71 in a 50. I was 15, no license and pissing my pants. He told me to take it easy and let me go. 75 miles (one way) on an 80cc bike will make just about anything seem possible.
Anyway. I joined the Navy in 93′ and put the bike back into storage at my grandparents house. My grandfather died in 96′. My grandmother was beside herself about the bike. It was such an important piece of how she remembered my grandfather and I getting to spend time together. I went into my basement today to pull the blankets off the little 2 stroke beast. It still has the tags from 96′, the last time it was registered. I have not ridden this bike since 1992. It is all orginal. The seat is still perfect. The fairing is still perfect and the tank is still shiny red, black and white. It needs to be restored. Do you guys have a good resource in the Washington DC area? Thanks for such a cool site!

I have a 1989 fzr1000 exup gen. with the original black and yellow colors which I cant find for sale in the us anywhere.The bike is 100% stock in mint condition with 6522 miles.I have seen the red and white 89 fzr1000 but never recall seeing the black and yellow was this a rare bike,not many imported and what would it be worth.
Please help a fellow biker out,thanks folks!

2009 Aprilia RS125, Street titled and licensed in PA (no easy task). Currently has about 170 miles. Lovingly and properly broken in with road and dyno heat cycles.
Upgrades: Euro street harness, turn signals, mirrors, 34mm carb, V force reeds/intake, Arrow Exhaust, Aftermarket Exhaust hanger, custom chain guard.
Bike presently holds 11 land speed records, has set over 30,
All documentation on records will go with the bike
Now over 8000.00 in bike, title and upgrades excluding the headache and labor/dyno time
asking 6500. you can’t buy a new one and do these mods for less than 7k
Don;t beleive the youtube hype, the speedos are in gross error. we have had this one to 101.1 documented and ran out of gearing. Stock, was good for about 89mph also documented

1998 Buell S1W Pascal Picotte race bike
One of 13 S1w’s pulled from the line and factory race prepped for a H-D Factory rider Spec race at the 15th HOG rally. Picotte won with this bike
Bike features a Non production but factory color scheme, Picotte’s number plates, Picotte’s signature several places on the bike.
Immediately after the race these bikes were given to the largest Buell dealers as show bikes for the shops.
This bike has Bill of Sale only although could easily be made to be street legal

Available from my collection is the extrordinarily rare Cagiva Mito 125ev SEVEN SPEED, produced only in ’94 & ’95 and possibly some of ’96, after which they realized they could pocket the change and went to a common six-speed… too bad, since this motor lives between 9-11k and the seven speed gearbox really keep it On-Song.

We have a restored1986 GSXR750 LE going on the market in a week or so. New paint everywhere including wheels. New tires, new windscreen, valves and carbs just done as well as the NEAS forks just rebuilt. Dry clutch works perfectly, new gauge bezel, clutch cable, mirrors, blinkers, grips and more! This is a beautifull bike!
