Living Room Or Track? 2007 Aprilia RSW250 Ex-Anthony West
It might look like an Aprilia RS250 but she is definitely more exotic. It is being advertised as a “factory” Aprilia GP250 race bike but I’m sure there were different spec RSW250’s out there. I can’t say I have a good enough eye to determine a top spec “factory” RSW compared to one offered to an outside team. Either way, you don’t see these machines very often.
There insn’t much info considering the exoticness of the bike:
Aprilia GP250 Factory Racing bike
Model year 2007
Ex-Anthony West – Team Kiefer BOS Germany – World Championship
Super rare factory bike in very sound conditions complete with full spare package that includes: manuals, telemetry with software and sensors, 2 extra set of wheels, exhaust, springs, clutch drum, footpegs, etc. There is also a box with all pistons used in the races of the World Championship!!
Ride, race, parade or collect!
I doubt you’d find these at your friendly Aprilia dealer.
I guess the biggest question is what do you do with it? Do you stare at it in your house or play GP hero at the track? With a price tag of approxiamtetly $57,000 you better know the answer to that question. For that price I’d damn sure want to know every single spec on the bike and was this his “A” or “B” bike or some sort of cobbled together pratice bike.
Does it come with instructions?
At first glance the swing arm looks surprisingly RS250-ish
Yep, it will stop. The bike is listed on Ebay UK and is located in Italy. Make room in the house or the garage and click here.

Well said. They are also designed to run on unleaded fuel, which is a real tuning minefield with GP two-strokes,unless you REALLY know what you are doing. Not many people do,despite their claims or best intentions. Also, these bikes do no like to spend time in transient throttle modes.Full shut or wide open is where they are designed to be ridden. They seize and spit you off without warning if you are a pussy with the throttle.Treat these bikes caution. They are not for the novice rider…a track day nightmare.

I want it !!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t care if it spits me off or blows up at the 3rd turn . This thing is what we 2 stroke lovers live and die four.
Now how do I tell my daughter she cannot go back to school nest year. Hope she understands..
WFO is the only way to go..
Like feeding strawberries to pigs,I think the expression is.
Unobtanium for sure. Very rarely sold. With rc30’s and rg’s bringing huge money I think the bike is priced right. I have a 94 TZ 4dp so it is reliable in contrast. Tz250r with half the power is pushing $10k.
